Fair terms, zero surprises

By accessing or using Aivorize QuickSlip ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users, including Business Owners and Customers who interact with queues created on the platform.

Aivorize QuickSlip is a free QR code-based queue management platform that allows businesses to create digital queues and customers to join them virtually via QR code scan or direct link.

• Business Owners can create, manage, and monitor queues.
• Customers can join queues, receive digital tokens, and track their position in real-time.
• The service is provided free of charge with no premium tiers.

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
• Keep your password secure and confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Business Owner accounts require you to represent a real business or service operation.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Create fraudulent, misleading, or spam queues.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system or other users' data.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or decompile any part of the platform.
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Overload or disrupt the service infrastructure.

All content, design, logos, and code on the Aivorize QuickSlip platform are the exclusive property of Aivorize QuickSlip and its creator, Kaif-ur-Rehman.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.
• Your queue names and data remain your property, but you grant us a license to display and process it to provide the service.
• Feedback or suggestions you submit may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.

We strive to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (we will try to notify users in advance).
• Unexpected technical issues or third-party service outages (e.g., Firebase).
• Force majeure events beyond our control.

We are not liable for any loss or damages resulting from service unavailability.

Aivorize QuickSlip is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• The results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable.
• Any defects in the service will be corrected.

Your use of the service is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aivorize QuickSlip and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months (which, since the service is free, is zero).

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at aivorize.help@gmail.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or compromise platform integrity — without prior notice in severe cases.

Upon termination, your queues and associated data may be deleted. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
