Your data, our responsibility

When you use Aivorize QuickSlip, we may collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Your name, email address, and password when you register.
• Profile & Usage Data: Your selected role (Business Owner or Customer), queue names, and usage activity.
• Device & Technical Data: Browser type, device type, IP address, and pages visited for analytics and security purposes.
• Communications: Messages you send to us via our Contact form.

We do not collect payment information. Aivorize QuickSlip is free and does not require a credit card.

We use collected information to:

• Create and manage your account and queues.
• Enable real-time queue updates and token management.
• Send you transactional emails (e.g., email verification, account updates).
• Improve the platform through anonymous usage analytics.
• Respond to support requests you submit.
• Detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity.

Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase (Firestore & Firebase Auth), which provides industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit using TLS/SSL.

• Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
• Firebase Authentication handles all session management securely.
• Firestore Security Rules restrict data access by user identity and role.
• We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.

While we take reasonable precautions, no internet transmission is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password.

We do not share your personal data with third parties except in limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: Google Firebase (infrastructure), Netlify (hosting). These providers are bound by data processing agreements.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
• Safety: To protect the safety of users or the public.

We do not use your data for advertising or behavioural profiling.

Aivorize QuickSlip uses minimal cookies necessary for the application to function:

• Authentication Cookies: Set by Firebase Auth to keep you logged in across sessions.
• Preference Cookies: Remember UI preferences (if any).

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data ("right to be forgotten").
• Portability: Receive your data in a portable format.
• Objection: Object to certain processing of your data.

Aivorize QuickSlip is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
