How do I join a queue with Aivorize QuickSlip?

Scan the QR code displayed at the business using your phone camera, or enter the Location ID manually on queue.html. Enter your name, tap 'Get My Ticket', and you'll receive a digital token number instantly.

Do I need to download an app to join the queue?

No. Aivorize QuickSlip works entirely in your mobile web browser. No app download, no Play Store, no App Store — just scan the QR code and you're in.

Do I need to create an account to join a queue?

No account or signup is required. Just enter your name when prompted — it's saved on your device. Your name is all that's needed to join any queue.

How will I know when it's my turn?

When the business calls your token number, QuickSlip plays a sound alert and triggers a phone vibration automatically. Your ticket screen also updates in real time to show your current position in the queue.

Can I leave the shop while waiting in the queue?

Yes. Once you have your digital token, you can leave the physical waiting area. Your queue position updates live on your phone screen so you know exactly when to return.

What if I can't scan the QR code?

You can either upload a photo of the QR code from your camera roll, or manually type the Location ID (provided by the business) into the search box on the Join Queue page.
